Application Guidelines
Steps to Fill Online Form
Prepare Your Documents & Photograph
Before starting, keep scanned photographs and documents ready. Photograph max size = 700KB; SSC/HSSC max = 1MB each.
Use a Computer or Laptop
Preferably fill the form on a Computer or Laptop for the best experience and to avoid form errors.
Submit the Form Online
Fill all required fields accurately and submit the form. A confirmation will be sent to your provided mobile number.
Pay Admission Fee at HBL
Generate the fee challan (Rs. 1500/-) after successful form submission and deposit it at any HBL branch.
Important Instructions
- Candidates must keep checking the KIU website for eligibility criteria, interview dates and fee deposit updates.
- Applications for quota seats (Armed Forces) will be received through proper channel – AG's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi.
- Candidates with third division in FA/FSc are NOT eligible for admission in any program.
- KIU offers scholarships on merit and need basis, financial rewards for toppers and fee discounts for siblings.
- No separate call letters will be issued. All updates are published on the official website.
- Merit list and interview schedule will be announced on the official KIU Admissions portal.
