Admissions at KIU female hostels for the year 2024-25 are hereby announced on limited seats. These admissions are made following the prescribed criteria on a merit basis on subsidized rates. Therefore, all the interested students of KIU belonging to Gilgit-Baltistan & students belong to districts Gilgit that are not covered by KIU bus transportation facilities
are also eligible to apply for hostel accommodation. The candidates need to submit the following documents in due time:
- Duly filled application form (available at girls’ hostel gate No. 1, admission office KIU or download from Download (PDF)
- Attested domicile /Form B/C.N.I.C.
- Attested academic credentials (for BS Programs: SSC & HSSC and for Masters/M. Phil Programs: SSC, HSSC and BSc/BS/BA).
Students can visit the hostel and submit completed forms during official timings from 09:30 AM to 03:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The last date to submit the application form is August 30th August 2024.
Note: Those students who applied last year need to apply afresh.
